The Yemeni Women’s Voices Platform, hereinafter “website”, is provided by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation, “GIZ”) hereinafter "GIZ".
Please read the following Terms of Use, hereinafter “Terms” carefully before accessing or filling out a form on the website. By using this website, you, hereinafter the “User” confirm that the User have read and agree with these Terms and are bound to comply with them. The GIZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
This website was created and maintained with the financial support of the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The website is authored by the GIZ project Supporting Peaceful Coexistence in Yemen. Its contents are the sole responsibility of the GIZ and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union and the German Government.
This website has been compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, GIZ gives no guarantee that the information provided is current, accurate, complete or error-free. GIZ accepts no liability for damage or loss arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, provided it has not been caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
GIZ expressly reserves the right to modify, append and delete the website in part or in whole without prior notice, or to halt publication completely or for a limited period.
Where you fill out the registration form, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete registration details and to keep such details up to date. We are entitled to rely on any such registration details you provide to us. Unless stated otherwise, each registration is for a single user only and not for multiple users. You must keep your registration details confidential. You must provide a valid email address when you register for an event. If you provide an email address to the website then you warrant to us that you are entitled to receive email to such email address. You are responsible for everything done using your registration details. If you think that another person may have access to, or be using, your registration details, you must inform us immediately. We may suspend, terminate or prevent your access to the a registered event or your registration at our sole discretion. Where we suspend, terminate or prevent your registration, you must not attempt to re-register or submit any content, material or applications without our prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, where we suspend, terminate or otherwise prevent your access to the Site, we may continue to publish or use your content in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and the privacy policy.
This website contains links to external sites. Responsibility for the content of the external sites linked to this website always lies with their respective publishers. When the links to these sites were first posted, GIZ checked the third-party content to establish whether it could give rise to civil or criminal liability. However, the constant review of the linked external sites cannot reasonably be expected without concrete indication of a violation of rights. If GIZ itself becomes aware or is notified by a third party that a linked external site gives rise to civil or criminal liability, it will remove the link to this site immediately.
